Memberships & Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all prepaid packages, memberships,
promotions, and payment plans offered by Howick Hairways Ltd.
By purchasing a package, membership, or payment arrangement, clients
acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. General Terms
All services are subject to salon availability.
Services included within packages or memberships cannot be exchanged for
cash, refunded, or redeemed for retail products unless stated otherwise.
Prices, package inclusions, and policies may change at any time without
notice.
Howick Hairways Ltd reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.
2. Package & Membership Eligibility
Packages and memberships are intended for personal use only and may not be
shared unless approved by Howick Hairways Ltd management.
Clients must:
Maintain respectful behaviour toward staff and other clients.
Follow salon booking and cancellation policies.
Keep payment details current for payment plans or memberships.
3. Prepaid Packages
Package Validity
All prepaid packages are valid between 4 to 10 months depending on
package from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Unused services expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.
Package Use
Package services may only be used for the services listed within that
package.
Services cannot be swapped or substituted unless approved by Howick
Hairways Ltd management.
Additional services outside package inclusions will incur extra charges.
Transfers
Packages are non-transferable unless approved by Howick Hairways Ltd
management under exceptional circumstances.
4. Memberships & Payment Plans
Payments
Memberships can be paid by one full payment instalment, or instalments
agreed upon between member and Howick Hairways Ltd.
Memberships are paid via interest-free weekly instalments, agreed upon
at the time of sign-up.
Timely payments are required to maintain your membership status and
access to services.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, the salon may:
Pause future bookings
Suspend package benefits
Require payment before future appointments proceed
Early Cancellation
If a membership is cancelled before minimum service commitments are met,
discounted package pricing may no longer apply.
5. Appointment Bookings
Booking Appointments
Clients are encouraged to pre-book appointments to secure preferred dates
and times.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed without advance booking.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service adjusted or shortened to avoid
impacting other appointments.
Full service charges may still apply.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointment Changes
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur:
Loss of deposit
Deduction of the booked service from the package
Cancellation fee at Howick Hairways Ltd discretion
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice may result in:
The appointment being forfeited
Suspension of future bookings
Requirement of upfront payment for future appointments
7. Pricing & Additional Charges
Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:
Excess product usage
Extra-long or thick hair
Additional toners
Additional styling or treatments
Service upgrades outside package inclusions
8. Refund Policy
All prepaid packages, deposits, and payment plans are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for change of mind.
Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages.
Retail products may only be exchanged in accordance with consumer
guarantees under applicable law.
9. Service Results
Results may vary depending on hair condition, previous colour history, and
aftercare.
Howick Hairways Ltd cannot guarantee exact colour outcomes due to the
nature of hair services.
Clients must disclose previous chemical services and relevant hair history
before appointments.
10. Right to Amend
Howick Hairways Ltd reserves the right to:
Update pricing
Amend package inclusions
Modify terms and conditions
Withdraw promotions or memberships at any time
Changes will apply moving forward and will not affect already redeemed services
unless required by law.
